The staff was exceptionally caring and kind. I’ve never experienced such great service and the hotel was clean and more than comfortable. My boyfriend and I arrived very and despite this, we were let in and helped very much with our luggage and room. Elias was amazing and gave the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was so nice and helpful with everything and offered more than I could even ask for. On top of the great service, the room was clean, spacious, and beyond comfortable. Because we had so much luggage, Elias was so kind to upgrade our room to a lower floor and a bigger room. I am so relieved and thankful to have met him and made this reservation.

The vibe in the hotel, our hotel room, the staff were excellent, breakfast was way above expectations. This is our third time staying in a airport hotel in Berlin and Moxy is our favorite. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.
