What a lovely experience this was - a comfortable, quiet, countryside location but close to Roskilde where we spent a lovely day. Being outside of the bustle of busy Copenhagen, it was perfect, yet only 40 minutes away. The apartment is spacious for two and the simple kitchen counter is perfectly equipped for a short stay. The ample breakfast prepared and left in the fridge the night before was delicious. And best of all, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly.

Hannah and Poul were the perfect hosts, both giving his our privacy and ensuring we had everything we needed. They introduced us to the rabbits, chickens and quails. Our teens loved seeing and holding the animals. Access to the lake was a simple stroll through the field. We enjoyed a relaxing swim in the lake. We attended Roskilde music festival, which was only a short distance away.

We were really surprised because we didn't expect anything since we booked this place at the last minute. They gave you detailed instructions on your email if you arrive there late, which we did.
