The room and bathroom were clean. Bed were comfortable. Check-in was easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A lot of shops to buy food are in walking distance. They do have an airport shuttle, which can be used and need to be paid at reception. Payment only in cash with the local currency or via PayPal. I will stay there again, it is only a few minutes' drive from the airport.

Meriem, the General Manager, helped us choose delicious dishes at the restaurant. She also suggested great places to visit and recommended the best spots for traditional food. Haithem, the Duty Manager, made sure everything went smoothly. He arranged our driver and guide and checked in throughout the day to see if we needed anything. The hotel had everything we needed. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Every detail was taken care of. We will definitely be back.

Clean and nice space rooms and mainly excellent staff and and service. Special thanks to Houssam (mourad) at reception and Kaci the artist at the bar and restaurant. A great selection at the breakfast starting 5:30 am.
