Shared kitchen had everything we needed. Close to the center, sea and castle. Room is cozy, though it looked a bit bigger in pictures :) but overall still enough of place. Very friendly host, though do not speak in English, but managed to explain with basic words.

Very nice and top clean appartment in a villa with lovely host. Easy to reach by car (parking alongside of the road right just on the outside of the house) Small house neighbourhood within walking distance from centre of Kuressaare.

We visited for a very short family trip.
We visited for a very short family trip. Town was getting ready for Christmas celebrations and looked very festive. Went to see town center, also walked around the castle. On the way back to mainland stopped to see the Kaali crater. Definitely worth coming back in the summer to explore more of the town and the island.

Lovely place for families traveling with children.
Lovely place for families traveling with children. Pine-tree encircled backyard, peace and serenity of nearby forest. Possibility to use sauna whenever one pleases. Bean-to cup coffee machine available. Friendly host. Could be more space for where to store things if there are several persons staying (we were 6). Stairs could be made safer.

The best place to stay in as there are many restaurants and cafes and we also caught the opera festival which was a really great added value. Sareemaa can be easily discovered from Kuressaare. The museum in the castle thoroughly describes Sareemaa’s history.

Probably the thing that stood out most for me was the medieval castle with it's impressive walls. Spent a lot of time wandering them late at night with friends. The city centre is also quite cozy.
