The staff were very attentive, especially Ashraf. He catered to every need. The villa is beautiful and welcoming. Room was comfortable with all amenities including washing machine. The grounds and pool were well maintained. There is a Mall close by but you need a car. I would certainly stay there again:)

The hotel and apartments were kept spotlessly clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and available 24/7, nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful peaceful haven to return to after a busy day, we felt very safe and welcome here. The pool was Beautifully refreshing and pool towels were available. Beautiful place to stay. little gem hidden in the heart of Cairo! The owner Mahmoud is very attentive and hospitable, flat is very clean and well equipped. Although I extended my stay by 2 days, he was very kind and did not charge me. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo!
