I was aware of the hotel's crisis before checking in and was prepared for anything. Upon my arrival, the atmosphere initially seemed quite depressing. However, Amr and Ali at the front desk were helpful, providing information and directing me to lunch while my room was being readied. The lunch, consisting mainly of rice, grilled chicken, and salads, was not exceptional, but it was adequate. My interest in this hotel was not for the dining experience, but for the coral reefs, which were the most impressive I had seen on this trip, having compared five different hotels. My room was amazing, featuring a large balcony with a sea view, and it was just 45 seconds from the waters of the Red Sea—a truly fantastic proximity. At the Siva Sharm reef, I encountered mantas, turtles, morays, and an abundance of colorful fish. the staff was fantastic, room keeper exceptional, diving was superb with Frank and Hassan coronation my activities for my wife and I. we enjoyed our stay so much, we are returning in Jul and September.

Really much appreciate this stay because of manager Mina. Firstly I was so disappointed about the performance of front desk lady who is really not qualified as four seasons standard. However Mina totally changed its profile. Warm and patient with this stay of my friends birthday. Sorry for late comment but I have to say that.
