I booked a room for my employee who had to fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Moscow. I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. This 4-star all-inclusive resort is situated in the centre of Soho Square, it offers access to the private sands of White Knight Beach. Staff cannot do enough for you here! The main gentleman on reception (sorry I dont know your name!), Madonna in guest relations, Tarek and Emad at Sunset pool all made our stay brilliant. We were 3 adult couples with 3 separate rooms including one accessible room and one suite- all 3 were very comfortable. Food and drink options were great- lunch and dinner can either be buffet or a la carte. There were shops on site for snacks if you wanted, or you could go out to Soho Square- the location is excellent. We enjoyed bowling, watching the entertainment and shopping in Soho Square. The other great thing about this resort is the beach- absolutely amazing snorkeling and beach easy to walk to in 5-10 minutes or you could get the bus! Will be returning- special thanks again to Emad and Tarek at Sunset Pool

All services were so good.. especially Ramy from the reception and help desk. He was a professional and helpful person, 👍😊💯 The place was amazing .. food was good pool and beach are so good, 🤩😎⛱️ Highly recommend place 💯✨👍

Located in the centre of Soho Square, the Royal Savoy features free WiFi in all areas, a private beach, 3 swimming pools and a beach bar. Snorkeling and diving facilities are available upon request. The staff were so brilliant, every single one of them, from the team at breakfast to the guys at the beach. They couldn't be more helpful. We got half-board and S-Class (not sure what that means) but every single part of the stay was helped by the staff. I couldn't commend them enough!

Situated directly on the beach and in the center of SOHO Square, this 5-star resort offers lush tropical surroundings and luxurious rooms with satellite TVs. Breakfast is amazing , has everything you dream off. Hotel beach amazing, Staff amazing ,( receiption ,restaurants , beach staff, dive center staff) all go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Wifi signal very good. If you want to eat outside of the hotel in the nearby area ( soho square) you get around 20 % discount if you mention which hotel you are and your room number.
