I made a non-refundable reservation, the employee arrived at the border terminal and the Egyptian authorities refused to let her enter the country because her passport was not valid for long enough. I contacted the hotel and informed them, and although they did not have to, they refunded my money. Just a 5-minute walk from Soho Square, this beachfront hotel features a lagoon-style infinity pool overlooking the Red Sea, a full-size soccer field in Sharm el-Sheikh. From the very beginning of our visit to end of it was totally wonderful experience with their stuff. Start from security to reception ( Mr. Ahmed, Mrs. Fatima) then kitchen chef who take care of every single order of us even if the food were not on the list and Manager of back sport hotel site (Mr.Serhat) who take care of all the problems we had with his amazing careness and connection skills. Pools, room cleaning and services were so good that made us feel like we were at home.
