We were VERY impressed with the restaurant manager (?) Having travelled all day without eating, we hoped that we would be able to eat early. When we went to the restaurant at 7.00pm and explained to the man in charge ( sorry, can't remember his name - Jaime/Shaim ?- a guy with a beard, that we were v hungry, he took our order and said if we came back at 7.30 , half an hour before official opening, he would serve us early. Which he did ! He is a star and a real credit to the hotel !! Actions beyond the call of duty ! A very positive impression created of our stay ..... we'll be back !

This modern hotel is just 200 metres from the entrance to Pamplona Airport. There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the city centre, 5 minutes away.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bar/restaurant served traditional Spanish food and drink at reasonable prices, and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was impeccably clean and offered a comfortable ambiance. The bed, while of good quality, was rather firm and may not fully suit guests with sensitive backs. Breakfast was in keeping with the standard buffet offerings of comparable establishments, yet the dishes were thoughtfully prepared and presented in a spacious, inviting setting.
