LAST 12K offers accommodations in Santiago de Compostela, 4.8 miles from Monte do Gozo and 6.7 miles from San Lazaro Stadium. Although, I arrived late, around 8 pm, I got a good dinner. In the morning there was Spanish breakfast. The host of the hotel was extremaly nice. The room was fine, clean. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel Garcas is located in the small town of Lavacolla, 6.2 mi from the center of Santiago de Compostela. It offers a traditional Galician restaurant with a covered terrace. A good hotel with a good restaurant and friendly staff. The only hotel within walking distance of the airport (about a mile from the hotel to terminal). Of course taxis or buses are available also. I did walk, there is a path the last 1/2 mile that takes you to the baggage level. Up one level and you are at ticketing/departures. A nice airport BTW.

Kilometro 15 enjoys a location in Amenal, 11 miles from Santiago de Compostela Cathedral and 8.4 miles from Santiago de Compostela Convention Center. Kilometre 15 was much more than I ever expected. It was conveniently located right on the Camino walk. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was fabulous. I arrive late and the kitchen was closed but the nice gentleman brought me a cold drink! Cross the street was a great cafeteria where you could sit outside and enjoy dinner It was quiet at night, and in the morning there was a wonderful breakfast.

Staff was friendly and the room was very nice. Dinner was available but had solid options you could have before the dinner service. Right on the Camino.

Located 6.2 mi from Santiago de Compostela, this hotel is located along the famous pilgrimage route and there is a playground for the kids in the hotels garden. The hotel was amazing. Great location, next to the airport and with shuttle service. Everything was impeccable and the food at the restaurant was great.

Jessica who checked us in and waited on us for dinner was the absolute best. My bag which I had transported did not arrive. I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best
