Located 10 km from Santiago de Compostela, this hotel is situated along the famous pilgrimage route and there is a playground for the kids in the hotels garden. Excellent to and from airport transfers. 24hr reception. Buffet breakfast was well thought out, well priced and with lots of variety. Rainfall shower head was lovely. Clean room. Friendly staff. Jessica who checked us in and waited on us for dinner was the absolute best. My bag which I had transported did not arrive. I attempted several times by both phone and messages to contact the transport driver. He declined my calls. Jessica helped by calling the company-spent over 30 minutes on the phone to locate my bag. I believe if she had not taken the effort I would not have been reunited with my bag. Big Thanks Jessica. You are the best
