Location is great with good access to Vitoria city centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful definitely will back once again in future. Located in the residential neighborhood of Lakua and with easy access to the city center, since the tram stop is in front of the hotel and at the exit of the city due to its proximity to the highway. The staff was so nice and helpful! We came with 2 dogs and a cat. We arrived late and needed a parking space to not have to unload the whole car. Even though we arrived late after the reception was closed the staff arranged for us so we could get access and use the garage parking of the hotel! I can really recommend this hotel!

This comfortable, small hotel is located 20 minutes’ walk from the historic centre. It offers a pretty garden, a restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi. The room had extra pillows for reading in bed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I typically hope for but don´t always find. Also, it is a 3-minute walk to a bus stop, and bus line 5 will take you quickly to the old city.
