My seven-year-old child and I stayed for 2 weeks; we both loved the delicious breakfast, fantastic location, attentive service and the comfortable room. Both Simon and Tesema looked after us for the duration of our stay. Gonder is going through some change, but is well worth a visit and is safe to see the sights. The room was a bit old but nice enough! The breakfast was Ok! Free airport shuttle is convenient! Wifi worked well when there was electricity!

Amazing hotel and great location in Gondar! The rooms were clean with strong WiFi, hot water, and there is also a nice pool. The breakfast buffet was huge and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic - they organised tours for me to the castles in Gondar, hiking in the Simien Mountains, and even a very early bus to My Tsebri. I highly recommend Haile Resort!
