Located on the Promenade des Anglais, this low-cost hotel is opposite Nice-Cote d’Azur Airport. It has a 24-hour reception, 3 fully equipped meeting rooms and rooms with free Wi-Fi access. I stayed in a recently refurbished room with great TV (with Netflix etc options) and a new bathroom, nice decor. All in all including fair value and good facilities such as an on site restaurant, plus easy walk from terminal 1, or free shuttle if its raining, this is my favorite stay at Nice airport

Novotel Nice Arenas Aeroport is a hotel located in Arenas District in Nice. The ligne 2 tram line passes close to the hotel and gives direct access to the city centre and airport. Beautiful hotel design, games and the big Teddy bear in the lobby.

Located just 500 metres from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and just a 5-minute walk from Terminal 1, this hotel offers soundproofed guest rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. All spoke English to me (luckily, because my French is atrocious) and helped me with all the queries I had throughout my stay.

For a transit hotel, the services and accommodation conditions are very good. The staff is very kind and helpful, the food is very good both at breakfast and the restaurant's a la carte menu. Everything was fine. We also enjoyed the beautiful executive lounge.

Ideally situated in the Arenas district of Nice, Residhome Nice Aéroport is situated 2.1 km from Plage de la Lanterne, 5.3 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral and 5.9 km from Allianz Riviera Stadium. Location is great, within walking distance from the airport T1. Google Earth provides a good 3D image of the surroundings, including the walking pathways. (Google street view is much outdated though.)

Holiday Inn Express - Nice - Grand Arenas offers accommodation with a bar and private parking. Very clean and in perfect location ,airport 2 min,train station, 2 min so very easy connecting to Monaco and Nice center.

Novotel Suites Nice Airport is located in the Arenas business district, a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and Nice International Côte d'Azur Airport. Lisa was great made my coffee (decaf) everyday loved it there felt like home and convenient.
