This house was an amazing place to stay. It was so cozy. It had everything a family needed. We were there only one night. The washer and dryer was a welcome bonus as this was towards the end of our trip, and we needed to wash a few things. We had a rental car, and it had a nice driveway to park the vehicle. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

I had an absolutely fantastic week at this guesthouse. The host was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. He sent me a link to his WhatsApp before check-in, and anytime I had a question, he replied within five minutes. When I accidentally left a piece of jewellery behind in my room, he didn’t hesitate to post it back to me – such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. The location is excellent for exploring Northern Ireland – within walking distance to buses and trains into Belfast city centre, close to the city airport, and just a 15-minute drive from the ferry terminals. I used this place as a base to explore Belfast, took a day trip to the Giant’s Causeway, and spent a relaxed day visiting the castle in Bangor. There’s also a lovely park within walking distance, which was perfect on one of the hot days – ideal for relaxing and even doing some plane spotting with the airport nearby. A hidden gem! Ideal for anyone looking to explore Belfast and beyond with ease, comfort, and genuinely caring hospitality.

The accommodation is on the East side of Belfast in a quiet residential area. It is a suite next to the owner's house with a private entrance. It is a bit away from the chaotic city centre but you can take a bus or the train to Lanyon Place station from nearby Sydenham station. Train ride into town takes about 10 mins and 15 mins by bus. Parking is available on site which is very convenient. The room is quite big with a sitting area, the bedroom area and the shower. It also opens up on the nice backyard of the owner's house. The room is very very clean and comfortable. It's a home away from home, very nicely and tastefully decorated with so much attention to detail. We had coffee/tea making facilities and the wifi signal is strong. For breakfast Jane brought us freshly baked scones and cake, fruit and our coffee and hot chocolate. We have nothing to complain about and Jane is a nice hostess. Will surely use it again if we are in Belfast again.
