The owner extremely helpful and willing to go out of her way to help with directing me to the apartment as well as on how to get into london and what is nearby etc .. she also brought me some complimentary snacks and was extremely accommodating and respectful. I booked at 2.30am the night before and asked if I can check in early, and even through the last minute request she still had the cleaners go early and prepare the room just for myself. Everything was clean and comfortable- cannot complain and would highly recommend for anyone, especially those travelers who are flying through Gatwick.
