Having booked the family room (654) we would have liked the use of 2 bathrooms. However, it worked otherwise. we had a wonderful experience.

The access to the terminal and knowing that I wouldn't get caught in traffic the day of our flight. The staff were very helpful in helping us to locate the places we wanted to go.

We were involuntarily stranded in Gatwick during transit and needed a place to stay late at night with 2 children, close (actually walking distance!) to the airport; self check-in works perfectly. Cristina offers 2 lovely appartments providing everything you need (including a nice coffee/tea- and breakfast-setup! it's tastefully and thoughtfully furnished - there are even USB sockets (something we were in desperate need of as for our “short” transit we didn’t bring any UK-plugs) and Netflix provided. Communication with Cristina was so kind and accommodating and despite the stress we really got to calm down there. Thank you so much - 10/10
