My stay at the Sofitel London Gatwick was an unforgettable experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the fast and efficient room service. I would like to give special mention to Rizla, Sophia and Lara for their excellent service and always smiling. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and high quality services.

The property is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, very clean, and extremely comfortable. There were even snacks provided in the room, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me — they assisted me in finding another property, checked in on me, and even offered me a ride. They were extremely responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay.

It was the perfect size for what I needed. All of the sheets and towels were crisp and clean and the place had everything I needed for my overnight before my early flight the following day. Walking distance to the airport might be the best feature.
