Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3 is directly attached to Heathrow Terminal 2 with Terminal 3 located a 12 minute walk away by a pedestrian underpass. My partner and I have stayed here 3 times now and we really like the SkyBar overlooking the airport. Staff are really good at making a cocktail and wines have all been really good. Comfortable and different seating, good for couples and any size group. The food snacks are either very good or need improvement. The Chaat samosa’s are INCREDIBLE’. Folks you have to try them with fries. Wow. It’s very comfortable place to stay and has a 2nd floor bar with a range of the usual bar food but really good. Service is also very good and always pinpoint. Breakfasts and the restaurant are great. The rooms very comfortable and quiet too. You just can’t go wrong here if you’re flying in/out of T2 & T3

Nice place for us to stay 1 night and really nearby the Heathrow airport. We enjoyed to live there because the flat was spacious and clean for living. It would be better if the flat could provide Wifi.

Information on how to get to the hotel from the Airport and...
Information on how to get to the hotel from the Airport and back was sorely lacking on the hotel website. We had to wait at a cold bus stop at Terminal 5 on arrival and in fact were picked up by a friendly Crew bus at 10.45pm as our bus would come after midnight. We had a long walk through a taxi park from where he dropped us, albeit in sight of the hotel with 3 pieces of luggage each. We are in our 70's. Next morning we found a shuttle bus and a large shared vehicle available outside the hotel door to all terminals. Toook 5 minutes. Dont arrive on a late flight. No information was given as to where to find them at the airport on arrival. . We tried to communicate with the hotel by email, and Whatapp and phone for three days before we arrived, never got an answer. They tell you that you can but not HOW! We could not find where the Uber drivers were.

I am extremely angry at the fact that booking.
I am extremely angry at the fact that booking.com did not alert us to the drastic drop in rating for this property. I would never have booked this place, and only did so as it was rated as a 7 when I booked at the beginning of February. Since then, there have been 10+ poor ratings (1-3) that significantly dropped the overall rating to 4.7 which to me is a blatant misrepresentation of what I initially paid for. I paid for a 7 rated property, and got a 3 at best. The area is not very nice, there are very little businesses available so we had to travel to find cups, plates and cutlery as the property did not provide any, which I was not made aware of. I would be extremely careful if booking anywhere near this area as it looks like it's been forgotten about by the local authority and the owner/s of this particular property are not carrying out any maintenance and once you book, you can't cancel for a refund. All in all, this leaves a very bad impression

Very nice and excellent atmosphere.
Very nice and excellent atmosphere. I would recommend any one to come and stay at this place and get the friendly atmosphere of the working staff though I would suggest to make it bed and breakfast which would benefit more . But still overall it was fantastic and I wouldn’t mind coming again in near future. Thanks to pleasant staff .

It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public...
It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.

Friendly, helpful staff, good restaurants. Loved rooftop restaurant. Only negative was bus services to and from Heathrow-unreliable. Some buses just didn't come at all - not acceptable for traveller's who have flights to catch.
