Extremely hospitable and accomodating old lady-owner, spacious rooms and best value for money for 1 night stay before/after the flight you will find in Tbilisi. You literally wouldn't be able to find a better short-term stay option. Of course not the most ideal place for leisure/tourist purposes, but if you are travelling for business, or Tbilisi is the middle part of your trip, then this hotel is for you.

Situated in Nizhnyaya Alekseyevka in the Kvemo Kartly Region, a 25-minute drive from Tbilisi city centre, Marcos Hotel features a plunge pool, sauna and views of the garden. The staff is really nice, check-in is possible at any time, possibility to ask for transfer to/from the airport

I was stranded at the airport at 1am. this was the nearest hotel I could find. I woke the lady up and she was so helpful. room was clean bed comfortable and no stress at all. they also sorted me out a taxi to the centre which was cheaper than a bolt. stayed and had some lunch there and good value for money and the waitress couldn't do more to help. would definitely recommend

I stayed here for 4 weeks. This apartment is superb. A spacious 1 BR unit featuring very modern stylish interior design, clean, well-maintained, nicely-equipped. Wifi was extremely fast. I did not encounter any water outage and only 1 short power outage in 4 weeks. This unit is totally suitable for people working from home, e.g. digital nomads… The location is a residential neighbourhood with lots of shops in walking distance. It is a little bit far from the old town or city centre, but what you save on rent outweighs what you’ll spend on Bolt rides. If you wish to use public transport, the bus 305 takes you to Samgori metro station or Avlabari metro station. Oh btw, the location is very close to the airport – ideal for frequent fliers. The hostess is very courteous and helpful. Note: The elevator costs 5 tetri to go up, 5 tetri to go down.
