The house is pretty new and is thoughtfully laid out. It was comfortable for our party of eight. The pool was great! We last visited Naxos 9 years ago, and Naxos town has gotten a lot busier so it was good staying close-in but a little out of town. The owner Nikos was very charming, and very responsive to any questions or requests that we had.

The breakfast was excellent and our host was very keen to ensure we had everything we needed. The grounds were very well kept and provided a very pleasant place to have breakfast. We loved the pool which was clean and had easy access. It was deep enough to have a decent swim. There was plenty of space for comfortable sunbathing in a quiet secluded landscape. The local bus into town and elsewhere was a 5 minute walk away and there were two buses every half hour. The beach was no more than a 10 minute walk away and provided an easy walk into town.

The location was quite good since there was a bus stop nearby (at Naxos Camping). The rooms were cleaned daily, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Our room was also spatious and had an amazing sunset view. There is also parking available if you hire a car.

Naxos Chora is a wonderful place to visit for a short while.
Naxos Chora is a wonderful place to visit for a short while. The older/medieval part is a labirinth of alleys, well worth wandering around and discovering art galleries and shops hidden away. The front is full of taverners catering for all tastes, but it can get very busy. Alternatively you can walk away from the front to have a calmer meal in one of the excellent family taverners. St Georges beach is nearby, a nice sandy bay, with a long slope out into the sea. There is easy access to the ferry terminals, but a taxi will be required to get to and from the airport.

We loved it there, a lovely family-owned apartment with everything that you need for your stay. A perfect location to enjoy the town centre with all if great places to eat and shop. My wife and I had the big double bed which was stunning, the second bedroom could do with a better bed but it's perfectly fine for children or your people who can sleep anywhere.

Plaka beach is wonderful and has some organised areas with sunbeds and some quieter areas. The sea is amazing and great for swimming. Good tavernas close by (The 3 Brothers was our favourite) and also 2 well-stocked supermarkets.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel things could not have been more perfect.Beautifully decorated and every amenity you can think of. We were greeted by Spyros who gave us a quick history of the island and recommendations on everything from restaurants to the best beaches.It was like having a relative on the island.Perfectly located by the airport and only a few miles from Chora.Need a car?Spyro took care of it they brought it to the hotel.Due to covid the did not serve breakfast but stocked the refrigerator bacon eggs Beers water soda bread fruit WOW.Missed him at checkout so he came to the airport with gifts bottle of liqueur and loukoumia who does that.Spyro does.We will be coming back because 4 days was not enough for this beautiful island and we know exactly where we will be staying at our home away from home.

Vivlos is a wonderful little town with very friendly people.
Vivlos is a wonderful little town with very friendly people. There is a great bakery and a well stocked supermarket with fresh fruit and cheese. It is 10 minutes to Mikri Vigla beach and 18 minutes to Naxos town. It is also well located to go over the mountain and explore the other side of the island. We had a brilliant meal at a local restaurant amongst the houses where the locals eat.
