The attention given to comfort, decor and equipment for self catering is great. A short walk to the beach and you can also walk into town, which takes a little longer to do, but it is a lovely walk. Car parking is very easy too.

The location of the accommodation was simply perfect, right on the beachfront. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, making it ideal for complete relaxation. The large terrace provided a unique experience, allowing us to enjoy the sunset and the view of the sea every evening. Overall, I can only recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an unforgettable and hassle-free vacation.

Located within 400 metres of Kiani Akti Beach and 1.7 km of Public Library of Preveza, Villa Athina provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Preveza. The Villa was located right on the beach with direct access through the gate. We had 3 tavernas within a few minutes walk and were close to the beautiful Preveza. The apartment was beautifully designed with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. The inside space was modern, stylish and generous - even better than the photos! Our hosts were so welcoming and accommodating - Athina and Billy couldn't do enough for us and gave us local recommendations and helped us make arrangements for trips etc. Thank you! If you are visiting Preveza - the Villa Athina is the place to stay. Fabulous.

Palmeira Sea & City is set in Preveza, 400 metres from Kiani Akti Beach, and offers a terrace, garden, and free WiFi. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a balcony. We stayed as a family of four at Palmeira Sea and City for four nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Our host, Dimitrious, was incredibly welcoming—he even met us at 1:00 AM when our flight was delayed by a couple of hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with delicious yogurts, puddings, and fresh fruit, which made the perfect late-night snack after our long journey. The villa itself was very comfortable, fully equipped, and just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach .The water there was calm and clean, making the swimming experience feel like being in a pool. Our kids loved spending a full day there swimming, reading, and relaxing. There are also a few nice cafés on the beach—we especially enjoyed Utopia Café, only a 2-minute walk from the villa. We also visited Preveza city center with many good restaurants, which is about a 5-minute drive (20 min walking) Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
