The beach is close, the view is beautiful, sitting at the end of the garden you can see the planes taking off and landing.:) The port, the historical center of Preveza are within walking distance and a good starting point to explore the area. The house is comfortable, well equipped, two TVs, Netflix, coffee maker with capsules, sugar, salt, oil...., everything you need. Constantine is helpful, available at any time, shared a lot of useful information with us. Thank you!

New and modern apartment, very comfortable and clean with excellent view, one step from the beach. Athina is very helpful and kind. I will choose it again for our next visit in Preveza.

The host Athina and her whole family were really lovely and helpful with everything we needed. The beach is your backyard and the area is really quiet while being 15-20 minutes walking distance from restaurants and bars in Preveza central.

The property is in the basement of the villa above with its own private entrance. About two miles from Preveza centre but close to the beaches. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, kitchen basic and the bathroom small. We used it purely as a base to work on our boat based in Cleopatra marina and for the cost it was great.. Konstantinos the owner is very friendly, approachable and helpful. We hired a car which was a bonus.
