We were so lucky to find this beautiful accommodation on Booking and to be the very first guests! Thea Simply by the Sea is a brand-new house with private parking and a stunning garden, just a few meters from a sandy beach. The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished with modern furniture. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils needed for cooking and food storage. The spacious bathroom included a washing machine and complimentary toiletries, which was a great bonus. We were warmly welcomed with drinks and snacks in the fridge—coffee, olive oil, sweets, and more. The Wi-Fi and both TVs worked perfectly. Outside, the patio with garden furniture was the ideal place to relax and enjoy the spectacular garden, with green grass, old olive trees, colorful flowers, and a calming view of the Ionian Sea. Kostadinos, the manager, was a true professional—always available, very friendly, and discreet. The owner, Spiros, is a wonderful gentleman who genuinely cares about his guests. He listened to all our suggestions and is clearly dedicated to making this place even more comfortable and enjoyable. We now consider him and his lovely family our friends, and we hope to see them again in the future. All in all, this was one of the best summer accommodations we’ve ever experienced. If you are planning to visit Preveza and Thea Simply by the Sea is available—don’t hesitate. Just book it! You won’t find a better place in the area. It’s close to town, great restaurants, and perfectly located for exploring nearby beaches. We were truly sad to leave after 11 days. We’ll definitely be back!

The villa is gorgeous and is managed by Athina, who as well as being kind and nice is extremely efficient and helpful. We will be back and our friends have also declared their intention to go.

The property is in the basement of the villa above with its own private entrance. About two miles from Preveza centre but close to the beaches. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, kitchen basic and the bathroom small. We used it purely as a base to work on our boat based in Cleopatra marina and for the cost it was great.. Konstantinos the owner is very friendly, approachable and helpful. We hired a car which was a bonus.
