We had a wonderful time at Sea Rock House. If you're not interested in the hustle and bustle of a big city, this is the place for you. The closeness of the sea and the waves while spending time on the generous terrace was unparalleled.

Everything was excellent! The beach is very close, and the water is calm and clean, especially in the morning. The house is located in a peaceful village, perfect for relaxing away from the crowds. We had a secure parking spot in the yard, which was a big plus.
The host was extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay near the sea!

Although I frequently passed through Néa Ankhíalos in the past -when I was working in nearby Volos- I never had stayed there, and hadn't realised its potential for vacationing. Its proximity to Pelion and the incredibly fine beaches of the Aegean front of the Pelion mountain, had me pass it by, and it's a pity as Néa Ankhíalos has a very inviting beach and at the same time has restaurants to go to, close to the beach. Will visit again.

I can't really grumble as you get what you pay for with...
I can't really grumble as you get what you pay for with hotels. The reception team were great, but the bed was far too soft for a decent night's sleep. This hotel is great for an airport stopover but not sure that I'd want to stay there for a week.
