The location was really close to where our competition was on at SETU. This was probably the best night's sleep that I've gotten as an athlete ahead of a competition! The facilities were clean, there was someone at the front desk 24/7, the small kitchen was perfect for anyone looking to cook a small meal. I genuinely was over the moon about the facilities here!

From the minute we went to the reception desk we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Very professional and a pleasure to speak with. The room was large spotless and a beatifull view. We had Breakfeast and again professional and courteous service. We also had dinner and again just beautifull we had well done steak cooked to protection. We would reccomend the Woodlands to all. 5 stars from Michael Mercy and Nathan.

The location is fantastic, absolutely spotless hotel , my room was fantastic. It was big and had a large private balcony with a gorgeous view of the river and all of the city , the hand soap /shampoo had such a nice smell, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows you had a choice of a soft one or a firm one , lots of tea and coffee and more milk then usually given, 3 toilet papers given . Despite being in a busy location it felt very quiet , plenty of plug sockets and even usb ports
