The staff, the ambience, clean and comfortable rooms, incredibly relaxing common areas. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's quiet at night, but also close to the centre of Diu with good restaurants around. I would happily have stayed longer.

If you get a balcony room overlooking the sea between the island and mainland to the north you'll be mesmerized by the colours and beauty of the view, palm trees, bird life and brightly painted boats, while sitting comfortably in the shade! The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful and the two restaurants, one veg one non-veg, served tasty meals. We had, originally, booked for a resort at Nagoa beach but were let down. As it turned out this was a much better option, Diu is an interesting town and the beaches to the south are, unlike Nagoa with it's reputation for drunkenness, broken bottles and noisy watersports, beautiful, clean and virtually deserted. I couldn't find, online, any information on whether those southern beaches were safe for swimming, they are.

They have a nice ocean aarti every evening! Excellent location next to the ocean. They also took great care of my mom given it was her birthday!

It was good spot picnic for family. Well equipped with swimming pool, tent house, indoor & outdoor games for kids. Camp fire and good traditional food

The property is exorbitantly overpriced and very difficult to locate through Google Maps. The path leading to the Resort is very bad with dumping ground on the left and graveyards on the right. Over the top, the staff was very money minded and insisted on making the entire roof tariff before the stay. Food was horrible as charged a bomb. Extremely overpriced and not worth it at all. Very disappointed with the Stay. Just ordered some basic vegetarian food and they charged us Rs. 2,000 plus, For Rooms they charged Rs, 8,400/-. In total the bill for one night stay was more than Rs. 10,000/- which was not worth at all.
