From the moment we arrived until our reluctant departure, every aspect of our experience was simply flawless. While the hotel itself is a beautiful property with comfortable rooms and a great location, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional service, led by the incredible Antony and his entire team. The level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care we received was unlike anything I have ever experienced. Antony is a true hospitality maestro. He was always available, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. His attention to detail is remarkable. He remembered our preferences, offered thoughtful suggestions for local attractions and dining, and handled every request with a smile and incredible efficiency. It’s clear that Antony's leadership inspires his whole team. The service staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were all consistently excellent. They were always polite, helpful, and eager to assist. Whether it was a quick check-in, a prompt room service delivery, or a friendly greeting in the hallway, the team's commitment to making guests feel valued was evident in every interaction. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the dining experience was made even better by the attentive service. Very clean spacious rooms. Amazing staff (shout out to manager Naman, and head waiter Ravi). Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up staying for a week after our son got altitude sickness. The guys had oxygen on hand, and knew exactly what to do. In house food is amazing. Location a short walk to main bazaar, but very quiet with views to Stok Kangri.

Perfect place for acclimatisation days in Leh. Could stare out of the giant windows and into their gorgeous gardens all day (which is what we ended up doing). Food was top notch too and the staff super friendly and welcoming. ❤️

    Go very well prepared and it takes atleast 24 to 48 hours to get acclimitized , carry the necessary medicine and check the hotel if they have oxygen cylinders too. Overall a Very beautiful place with honest people and dont miss going to Tibeten Kitchen have dinner.

    Excellent place to visit.

    Excellent place to visit. Has varied topography,landscapes and terrain. Infrastructure is just amazing. It has rivers,lakes , mountains and dessert. The pangong lake is just out of this world. Nubra valley is worth a visit and also all the monasteries and the palaces.

    Less number of public transport facility which depends the traveller to the taxi.Taxi drivers are charging huge amount for tour to Nubra ,Pangong etc.Govt should take initiative to run luxury bus services for tour.
