Boasting panoramic views towards the famous Vatnajökull glacier and the surrounding mountains, Árnanes Country Hotel offers free Wi-Fi. The harbour town of Höfn is only 6 km away. Located near to the city of Hofn. Arnanes really is one of the highlight our of trip as we spend a good times here during our stay. The staff at the restaurant is very polite as well and the unit is like a small terrace house made up mainly by timber. A short drive will get you to Hofn where you can spend a good dinner there and drove back to the hotel for a good rest. Recommended to those who visiting Hofn, Arnanes would be a good choice to spend your night here :)

Host sent clear instruction and picture of entrance. Shower is warm. Love the spacious kitchen and dining area. Heaters were in every room. Bedsheets were very clean and comfortable. utensils and Oven are so clean and working so good.

Set just 1 km from Hornafjördur Airport. Free WiFi access. The Route 1 Ring Road is right next to the guest house. A seating area and work desk feature in all guest rooms at Seljavellir Guesthouse. Very clean and warm also very quiet. The location is where I see the aurora for the first time. The service is very kind.

Just 1 km off Iceland’s Ring Road, this privately-run guest house is 4 km from Höfn town centre. It offers free WiFi, scenic views of the surrounding nature and a furnished terrace in the garden. The kitchen had all the appliances and the room was also very big, calm and quite. Cleanliness was also very good. We didn't had any problem during check-in even after arriving a bit late.

They love anything about the place, but only one more inquiry is it would be great if there will be another mirror outside the bathroom. Because there is only one bathroom for four people stay in the same place.

Remote enough that we were able to see the Northern Lights from here but only minutes away from a city in case you need anything. Would stay here again!

Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull. Excellent view of the mountains! Good location and breakfast. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Im not really particular for the place to having sleep when i was travelling alone, but this time travelling with family im really concern about the facilities, how comfortable it is and of course how budget friendly the guesthouse. Its iceland though nothing is cheap 😂. Guesthouse Hafnarnes is Amazing for us despite the review that i read online. The facilities here is beyond my expectation, the owner Nina is very accomodating eventhough the conversation is via online only. Will i come back and stay here?? 101% yess!
