Laxhús is situated in Laxamýri, 85 km from Akureyri. Free private parking is available on site. Husavik is 8 km away. All units feature a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area and/or terrace.... We had a wonderful stay here and can highly recommend it. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made us feel immediately at home. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view over the fjords — it was truly unforgettable and gave in the morning a special start. The location is perfect: close to the city, yet peaceful and quiet, so you get the best of both worlds. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach, and it’s a great base for exploring the area. Overall, excellent value and an experience we would gladly repeat!

Located in a historic house in central Húsavík, Árból Guesthouse offers free parking and free WiFi access. Whale watching trips depart from Húsavik Port, only a 5-minute walk away. The house is so cozy, rooms and bathrooms very clean. Located perfectly a walking distance from harbor. The owner was very nice also. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
