Set in Ísafjörður, 1.4 km from Pollurinn Hot Spring, Sólheimar Studio Apartment has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. This spotless apartment, located just outside the main shopping area of town on a residential street, was the perfect place to spend several nights. It has a large main area with comfortable bed, plus a sofa, table and chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and had a coffee maker (and coffee), microwave, range, and good-sized refrigerator, as well as a table and two chairs. The bath had toiletries as well as an excellent shower, a large counter with room for personal articles, and a clothes washer and drying rack. Parking was convenient and free, and it was a very short drive to stores, museums and restaurants in the lovely town. There are two rental apartments in this property and the very nice owners live upstairs. There is a lovely garden with plenty of seating. Highly recommended!

We were very lucky in that we were the only people staying here. We had a most luxurious stay with a comfortable room, lovely showers, a functional kitchen and a pleasant place to sit.

Just 100 metres from the Ísafjördur shore in the Westfjords, this guest house offers 2 TV lounges and rooms with views of Skutulsfjördur. Wi-Fi and parking are free. This was great! Clean, comfortable beds, nice view in all directions and good kitchen. I went outside the season, so it also was no que to go the bathroom/use the kitchen at this time. Because of logistics related to my work travel, I ended up booking two different rooms for my two nights, but the staff had fixed this so I got both nights in the «best» room.
