A beautiful and clean apartment with all the amenities for a short stay. A full kitchen and spacious bathroom. The beach is a short walk through the trail and there is a shop right in the corner that's open until midnight for any late night needs. I was able to find a parking spot close to the building every night during our stay. I was a little worried about noise due to its proximity to the domestic airport but that turned out to be a complete nonissue. The owner was great and made sure we really enjoyed our time in Reykjavik.

We recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at Edda’s SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully & very tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to the smallest details, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—conveniently situated near Reykjavik (10mins drive) and was a great location to kickstart all our sighting tours/drive to the Golden Circle, and the other parts of southern of Iceland. One of the highlights was the spacious bathroom, which was a real luxury—plenty of room to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen island was another standout feature, perfect for both cooking and socializing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights and woke up refreshed and to a great view each morning. Free parking, with it's close proximity to our stay is a huge bonus. Edda, our host, is the most gracious and generous person ever. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and yet provided us with all the privacy we needed. We could not ask for anything more. The room was so clean and the bed so comfortable. The location was perfect if you are taking the tours (or coming to/from the airport) coz it’s just 3 min walk from the Bsi station where the buses takes you. And just 10-12 min walk to the city center. There is also a market and coffee shop across the street. The host was very responsive and ready to help us with everything needed.

This budget hotel is 100 metres from Reykjavik's BSI Bus Terminal, the arrival/departure point for Keflavík International Airport buses. It offers free WiFi and parking. Location is great. The owner told us how to check-in the accommodation clearly in advance.
