This eco-friendly hotel is next to Öskjuhlíd Hill’s quiet woods and 1 km from Nauthólsvík geothermal beach. WiFi and gym access are free. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes away from the main bus station. A supermarket is also nearby. The views from the hotel are amazing and the bed is extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is really spacious and equipped with high quality toiletries.

We recently had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at Edda’s SK52 by the Sea, Unique spacious luxury airbnb, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully & very tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to the smallest details, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—conveniently situated near Reykjavik (10mins drive) and was a great location to kickstart all our sighting tours/drive to the Golden Circle, and the other parts of southern of Iceland. One of the highlights was the spacious bathroom, which was a real luxury—plenty of room to unwind and relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen island was another standout feature, perfect for both cooking and socializing. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights and woke up refreshed and to a great view each morning. Free parking, with it's close proximity to our stay is a huge bonus. Edda, our host, is the most gracious and generous person ever. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and yet provided us with all the privacy we needed. We could not ask for anything more. The amenities and the location was fantastic! It was the perfect hub for both touring the island by car and for exploring Reykjavík. It was a short 10-15 min walk to the main square. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to prepare meals, and we appreciated the extra bedding and towels available. The property managers were extremely detailed and responsive with their communication to us. We loved our stay!

This budget hotel is 100 metres from Reykjavik's BSI Bus Terminal, the arrival/departure point for Keflavík International Airport buses. It offers free WiFi and parking. Excellent location, very close to city centre and the bus terminal. Thd room was very warm and clean, with a sink which is always good. Really good free coffee in the communal kitchen, plus tea and biscuits. Easy check in with very good instructions. I would definitely stay again.
