The home is spacious, the beds are food and the kitchen was well equipped. Indeed the hot water smells of sulfur and it must be connected to a hot spring. We did the rafting on the same day and they also had sulfur smelling water so it is normal there. No issues, just use the cold water to cook. Showering is no issue and my wife has commented on how the water in the north of Iceland is not drying her skin (like in Europe). We would easily stay here again
