Very nice little hotel accompanied by a great typical family-owned Italian restaurant. I only had to stay for a night but the hospitality and the quality of the rooms made me want to come back. And that's even concerning that it's not close to the city and it is best suited for those who travelling from the nearby airport. The value for money is beyond measure. The room/apartment I stayed was very comfortable, big and made me question if I wanted to leave the next morning.

The host was extremely helpful, even meeting us at the bus stop where we got off to show us to the apartment. The apartment was perfectly located by a bus stop which could take us to the centre of Bologna in 15 minutes or the airport in 5 minutes. There was a great local restaurant and a groceries store within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need, including a great coffee machine, very comfortable beds and air conditioning to mention just a few things we especially appreciated. Once again the host was amazing even letting us leave our luggage in the apartment after the checkout time so we could collect it on our way back to the airport.

The room was practically brand new and of extraordinary quality. It was as good as a five-star hotel. I was totally surprised by how elegant the room was. A fantastic location. Only 5 minutes by car from the departure terminal at Bologna Airport. The owner hired a taxi the night before to take us to the airport. The pre-booked driver arrived exactly on time early in the morning. The owner replied almost instantaneously to my questions on WhatsApp. It was the best communication I have ever had with an my Airbnb host.

Marconi Airport Cozy Dream Flat is located in the Borgo Panigale district of Bologna, 7.4 km from Piazza Maggiore, 7.4 km from Quadrilatero Bologna and 7.7 km from Santa Maria della Vita. The location and the free parking. It was big enough for three people.

The flat is very pretty with loads of books, the bed was comfortable, there was fresh fruit available as well as other Italian pastries. The hospitality was excellent as well as the communication.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a walking distance from the Airport. Late check in was no problem and there were additional gratis snacks and coffee in the room waiting for us. Everything was great!

Convenient location, walking distance to the airport and well connected to the city. Great little apartment equipped with everything needed, and even if, in the unlikely event the airline company loses your luggage (which is what happened to me!), you will not find yourself lost!
 Squeaky clean, modern-style apartment. Warm and cozy, you’ll feel like at home. Great private parking. Very friendly hosts, caring and super attentive to my needs. I cannot recommend this little gem enough! Thank you, Simona, for everything. You made my stay in Bologna very pleasant!

Set within the Borgo Panigale district in Bologna, casa ottaviano has air conditioning, a balcony, and quiet street views. Amazing space, very large, very clean and the facilities were excellent. Amazing small touches like cakes, sweets and coffee. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
