The location was great. Just a few steps from the airport. The receptionist was very helpful. The bed was comfy, and the space was a little bigger than I expected. I was happy to see separate toilets with showers. But I didn't think ahead about renting a towel, etc. This would work so well at any airport.

Alessandro was very communicative and proactively sent very clear instructions for self check-in. The location is unbeatable for an early morning flight as it is walking distance to the airport (5 mins, pavement for pedestrians) and 5 mins walking from our rental car drop-off (Avis) so we could drop the car the night before. Breakfast is served from 4am to 9.30am so even with an early flight you have the option to get a coffee and a light meal. Self check-in (and -out) worked perfectly. This place has a warmth and care that is not usually felt in airport hotels and it's clear Alessandro cares about his guests. The airport theme throughout the hotel made it fun for kids as well. Would definitely come back to stay here for an early departure or late arrival in Naples airport. Thanks.

Perfect location right near the airport, great communication with host. If you are heading to Sorrento and fly in late I highly recommend staying here the night to save late travel at night.

Couldn't beat the location for an early morning flight, only 5 min walk to Naples Airport. The host was clear with his check-in and check-out instructions and super friendly. Really clean and spacious apartment. Great shower and comfy beds. We appreciated the welcome snack and milk in the fridge :) Would recommend!

The location is excellent for access to Naples airport. A brief 8 minute walk directly into terminal. Emilia is extremely friendly and hospitable plus this was the cleanest room we have had during our 5 week vacation. Outside ‘it is Naples’, indifferent it is beautiful.

The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Easy check- in and -out. The accommodation is close to the airport, but there was no airport noise at all. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything. We even got home made tiramisu, which was one of the best we ever ate.

Naples International Airport (NAP) Information

Location and Transport

Naples International Airport is located 3 miles (5 kilometres) northeast of central Naples, in the Capodichino district of the city. It is easily reached either by bus or taxi. The Naples Alibus shuttles between the airport, the city centre and central train station, departing every 20-30 minutes. A taxi will cost EUR 40 and take about 15 minutes.

Nearby Hotels and Airport Facilities

There is a special ‘capsule’ hotel – the first-ever to open in Italy – inside the airport, and several other hotels within 5 kilometres, in case you need to stay the night before a connecting flight. A free shuttle service is provided by some hotels. Naples Airport (known as ‘Aeropuerto Napoli’ in Italy) offers a range of useful passenger services, including free WiFi, currency exchange, luggage protection, travel agencies and prayer rooms.

Terminal Information

Naples International Airport has two terminals, connected by a pedestrian walkway. There is no inter-terminal shuttle bus.

    Use the hop on hop off bus - to get your bearings. Investigate the train system to understand the different lines. The venikula was a great way to get down or up the hill where we stayed. Visit Sorrento, Positano, or Amalfi - recommend ferry to Sorrento as opposed to train.

    Naples was so much fun!

    Naples was so much fun! We loved exploring the historic center, especially on Spaccanapoli and Via dei Tribunali - so many restaurants and bars along there. It was a very walkable city for us, easy to get around We did a pizza making course which was lots of fun!

    Naples is not everyone’s cup of tea, as it’s extremely dirty...

    Naples is not everyone’s cup of tea, as it’s extremely dirty and overcrowded with rubbish everywhere and traffic all the time with a lot of it driving on pavement, that said it’s beautiful in its own unique way with hundreds of churches and monuments, my advice is to do your research and decide what to do , a walking tour , visit the castle for amazing views . A catacombs tour, trip to Pompeii or Herculaneum, ferry across to Sorrento, so lots to see but get a good hotel to relax in after sightseeing.
