Very easy contactless entry which worked for us being a very late arrival. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and the bathroom was very new and the rainforest shower was great too. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning at the connected cafe. Everyone was very friendly, would highly recommend!

Apartment is very nice,modern,new, spacious and very well equipped .We appreciate a lot that there was some coffee, milk,mineral water,juice and also some sweet bakery for the breakfast (what is not common at all).The owner was so nice,he accepted our late arrival and he came to meet us personally.The location of apartment and the neighborhood is very good and safe,it is quiet close to the centre of Parma.We strongly recommend it to everybody and we would be happy to come here again .

Perfect location within walking distance of a direct bus to center of town. Just fr enough to not get any noise as very quiet residential area. Nice apartment with two young kids. Very nice owner, very quick to answer questions and give recommendations. Thank you!

    Really enjoyed, beautiful. Very walkable. No police presence. Did not enjoy groups of 25-40 young men running around fighting. Everyone ran from the mercardo in fear when they started fighting with mask and wine bottles.

    If you want to avoid the touristy cities in Italy, Parma is the place to visit. We travelled by train from Milan, so no need for a car. Easy to walk around, plenty of history and of course the Food is what the city is most famous for.

    Very hot, so stayed only a few hours in Parma.

    Very hot, so stayed only a few hours in Parma. We went to see the Duomo and the Battistero ((Baptistry). They were both very lovely. I enjoyed the art in the Baptistry (it's worth paying 10 Euros, Sr. rate). We looked for cheese, as that's where Parmaggiano-Reggiano is made. Asked around and found a cheese shop to buy a pound. Nice cafes and gelateria. Good shoppng. The parking garage Toschi is the best one to use for the Centro Historico.
