The room was well prepared for our arrival. The towels and bed linen were very clean and almost new. The beds were solid. We arrived late, so we were provided with a self check-in instructions which were clear and fairly simple. The communicstion with Chiara was exceptional. She is a very professional and kind person.

Hands down one of the best meals we’ve had. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we get a taxi to the airport at 4AM on a Sunday. There is nothing bad to say about this stay. If you already have a place to stay and just want good authentic Italian food in the neighborhood, please give yourself a favor and to go to the restaurant. Easily reached on foot from the airport, by local train from Verona Porta Nuova (appr. 1x/hour) or bus 158 or 159 from the bus station (does not show on AVT app but does exist, appr 1x/hour as well). Pizzerias nearby as well. Great option for exploring Verona!
