Only 1 km from Verona Airport, the DB Hotel provides a shuttle service to/from the terminals(it's a payment service). I have stayed in many Motels/Hotels near highways, over many years of traveling the world. These Motel/Hotels are normally a bit scruffy, as many visitors do not return again. This Hotel has "we care" & "can do" attitude staff! Colours throughout are light, fresh and breezy & facilities, rooms and public areas immaculately clean and well maintained. Well done management!

Although we arrived in the morning due to our flight home being cancelled, they managed to find us rooms that were already ready so that we could drop our bags and go into Verona. The information both in the rooms and provided by the reception staff was really helpful both for getting into Verona and for eating locally in the evening. The shuttle bus service to the airport the following morning was an added bonus and very efficient. They turned a nightmare situation of cancelled flights into an enjoyable extra day's holiday!

Hands down one of the best meals we’ve had. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we get a taxi to the airport at 4AM on a Sunday. There is nothing bad to say about this stay. If you already have a place to stay and just want good authentic Italian food in the neighborhood, please give yourself a favor and to go to the restaurant. If you’re looking for a place to stay near the airport, this is THE place

Sparkling clean, the host is very friendly and welcoming, the environment despite being close to the airport is calm and silent for that peaceful night sleep especially after missing a flight like I did. The room is spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. Felt safe and homely to be here for a night. I highly recommend!
