Staff were exceptionally helpful and explained everything to us very clearly (we don't speak Japanese). Something different was that payment was made each morning through a machine in the room. The lady guided us through the process as the instructions on the machine were in Japanese only. Breakfast was adequate and brought to the room on a tray. There were three choices, Japanese, boiled eggs and toast or pancakes. The room was very nice, good bed and pillows. You could help yourself to two hours of free drinks and snacks after checkin, including beer, whisky and soda, hot and cold tea and coffee, cream filled choux pastries and various flavours popcorn. The hotel was a good choice as we had our own vehicle for transport. It is on the outskirts of the city, but not particularly close to the airport. It is an adults only Love Hotel. Very good for the price.

We booked this hotel at the last minute, needing a hotel with free parking. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by every member of the staff; from the helpfulness of the check in to the man who helped us find a close parking lot. The room was HUGE. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, the breakfast buffet convinced us to book another Route Inn hotel in Nagoya. But the BEST thing about this hotel is the staff. Every staff member we encountered (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping} were exceptional in every way.

Loved that you felt a little like living as a local for the duration of the stay. All amenities available and included to allow for a more "self service" approach where you could avoid restaurants and cook for yourself if you wanted (with a small grocery store literally right around the corner). Staff were not present at all but were extremely attentive and communicative via booking.com messaging
