The owners were very kind and generous! We stayed during the heavy rain and floods, so the owners drove us to the convenience store to buy food. The house is very cosy and comfortable!

Amakusa is an amazing place with amazingly friendly locals.
Amakusa is an amazing place with amazingly friendly locals. Never crowded with tourists, peaceful, and relaxing. Lots to do and see as this island has beautiful mountains and beaches. The dolphin watch is an experience like no other dolphin encounter. The drive through the mountain roads offers spectacular views of peeks covered in lush forests. Amakusa is a must for anyone visiting Japan!
