The hotel is new and located close to a grocery store and a convenience store (short walk). Room was good sized, restroom was the traditional small single unit but new and easy to use. We requested two rooms and they placed our rooms close. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The public bath area is very nice and much appreciated. It was a wonderful stay.

Conveniently located a 5-minute drive from JR Misawa Train Station, Hotel Route-Inn Misawa offers rooms with a video-on-demand system on the flat-screen TV. Great staff - I mean, really good. Having had to break the stay into two bookings due to lack of a non-smoking room on one night, when one became available, they combined my two bookings into one. So I didn't have to check out and check back in again in the evening. Also the morning shifts were great with calling taxis for me. Good breakfasts, nice onsen and the room was quiet, despite being next to the lift shaft.
