I stayed here with my husband on a visit from Australia. This was our first time sleeping in a capsule hotel and it was such a unique experience! The capsule hotel is a short walk from Narita Airport terminal 2, where we arrived. Check-in was a very easy process. We were each given a mesh bag containing a yukata, toothbrush and toothpaste, and earplugs, plus a key with a numbered tag. The dormitories are gender segregated, so we said goodnight and went our separate ways. I entered the female side and found myself in a locker area. I easily found the locker with my key tag number and it was big enough for one suitcase and carry-on items. There were toilet and shower cubicles next to the locker area, and a long bench with sinks, hairdryers and tissues. Once I had changed, I walked through another door into the sleeping area. There were two levels of sleeping pods. My pod was on the lower level and there was a pillow and comforter folded up inside. There was a blind to pull down for privacy. The pod was cosy but comfortable. Although guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, it was still quite noisy with people coming and going all night. Checkout in the morning was also very quick and easy. Overall it was a great option when we only needed to stay one night in Tokyo before travelling onward via Shinkansen.

The breakfast option was amazing, I love the variety of options that the hotel offers. The staffs were really helpful and very friendly. This was the best option that I took when transiting. They provided slippers, pyjamas, matcha and there is a convenience store in the hotel.

Great hotel near Narita Airport - I wish I could stay there longer. The room was just perfect - there is a regular Daily shop near the lobby. Breakfast was fantastic - luckily they serve it from 6:00 so you can have it when your flight is not too early. There is a FREE shuttle service from and to the Narita airport - but beaware of the schedule - it is completely diffrent from the one on the website. Generally I recommend this hotel to everybody!

Staff at checkin in were super helpful and explained everything really well. Loved that you get some free frozen meals (were really nice!) which was a lovely bonus. The hotel had everything you could need which was handy. Overall was a great stay if you’re looking for a place near the airport.
