The dorm was clean and had a large shelf for each person to store backpacks and belongings + a locked drawer under the bottom bunks. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the common area was beautiful and spacious. Highly recommend!

Great views, free drinks, snacks, snow freeze in foyer such a nice touch . We upgraded to a room with a shower but loved the onsen for evenings. Would return and disregard bad reviews…. We kiwis loved it .
