The staff was helpful and friendly, and complementary sake is offered upon arrival in the lobby.

There were no toothbrushes, slippers or a series of other supplies when we checked in. There were also many problems with the check-in procedures. They gave me the wrong password, which caused us to stay at the door for two hours without getting the key. No one solved the problem for us.

There’s a FamilyMart just downstairs, and even a small spot to grab fresh paper and pens, which I found very thoughtful. Transportation was also convenient — it’s a short walk from the nearest station and close to the harbor area, perfect for sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kobe. It’s ideal for those looking for comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere with a stunning sea view.
