The accommodation was perfect, beautiful tented accommodation overlooking the river, woken by hippos every morning. The staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient, in particular, Daisy our wonderful waitress, Daniel our friendly butler and Daniel our masai safari guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in every way. Daniel ensured we found every animal, providing us with detailed information and was so much fun to be with!

With river views, Mara River Lodge is set in Aitong and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. I really enjoyed my stay at Mara River Lodge. Its unique location made me feel incredibly connected to nature. Waking up and going to bed hearing hippos communicating to each other was an amazing experience. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. On the day of my boyfriend's birthday the whole staff came out of the kitchen to sing and dance songs to celebrate his birthday. They made our experience unforgettable! We particularly enjoyed our chats with William who is incredibly sweet and welcoming and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travellers!

The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!
