I was looking for a place to stay at the last minute around Issyk Kul. This was perfect for a bigger group like us (6 people). Its very easy to find the apartment complex. Mr Rakhat was present to show us the apartment and helped us with accessing hot spring pool. he also helped us with other recommendations. Location itself was pretty good with close access to beach. Apartment was also fully equipped with kitchen and other necessary things.

The house we stayed at was very nice. It has ample room and it’s very clean, comfortable and quiet. It was in gated community, the area has 2 restaurants and beach access.
Since it was a business trip, it's very difficult to find a hotel in the area - I think this is a good alternative.
