Not all hotels in the Caribbean have hot water :) There was air-conditioning and a fridge. The personnel were extremely welcoming and pleasant. The location is very central; as a matter of fact, it cannot be more central than this - the hotel is right next to the port, cafes and eateries and supermarkets, and the historical centre. There is a bar and a kitchen in the lobby. I deffo recommend this place :)

From the moment when I booked, I received plenty of information not just about the property, but also the neighbourhood, security, the city, walking and driving distances, car rental, and many other issues. If I asked questions, I received a prompt answer. The hosts welcomed me, and I enjoyed much independence during the stay. This is a spacious and well-maintained property with AC in the bedroom (though not in the living room). I do not use TV much, but the one in the living room is state of art with channels from around the world. It is possible to walk to the next, very big supermarket and some restaurants, or take a bus to the city centre. The views from Beacon Hill are magnificent.
