With lake views, Gal Oya Lake Club is situated in Paraganakele and has a restaurant, a concierge service, bar, garden, sun terrace and year-round outdoor pool. This place is amazing, the rooms spotless , large and very well decorated, they have thought of everything. The food was one of the best we have had so far in Sri Lanka, and they accommodated our every need. Couldn't recommend this place enough.. love love loved it.

Located in Hida, Gal Oya Lake View Inginiyagala features a terrace and shared lounge. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The room and property are clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The owner is a husband and wife and they couldn't be more hospitable. They have a dog and cat, we love animals. They bought them out when we asked it we can see and play with them. We would return here again. I highly recommend staying here if your in the gal oya area. Really nice people and stay.

Charitha Rest provides an open-air bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Ampara. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful. He organised boat safari at Gal Oya for us. Food was delicios and fresh. Rooms are small but clean. Good value for money.

Set in Ampara, Rathnapriya Oasis features accommodation with seating area. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio and a swimming pool. This is a little gem and was one of our favourite stops in Sri Lanka. It's also right by the entrance of the national park which made our sightseeing convenient and easy. Bandula and Anousha are lovely hosts and go out of their way to make you comfortable and help organise your sightseeing. Our room was spacious an very clean and comfortable.
