The place was literally a walking distance from the port. We had a really nice stay and were upgraded to a bigger room. Thanks to the staff who also helped me find my phone. Very efficient and helpful. The room itself is massive.

The room was spacious and super clean. The bathroom was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable! The check in process was smooth. They required a deposit on a credit card, but don't accept Apple Pay which was kind of annoying. Returning the deposit was fast and easy.

Everyone is accommodating and really cares about its customers. We stayed here for our anniversary and the staff prepared anniversary surprises for us (they gave us cake and some free snacks and Drinks which are all amazing!!)

From the smooth check-in through the nicely decorated and spacious room to the tasty breakfast, it was a great stay. We picked the hotel because the price was lower than other similar accommodation options in Macau, but it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The beds were especially comfortable, the bathroom was clean and very nice, and the balcony view was awesome. It is also worth mentioning that the staff was extremely welcoming and spoke very good English. A great value for money!
